Son of John and Lavina Albaugh.

Married to Carrie Belle Kaserman on October 19, 1904.

The family made their home and lived at DuBois, Nebraska.

Children: Ferne Alva, Ollie Merle, Cleveland Willis, Claude Lewis and Delores Margaret.

DEATHS... CLYDE ALBAUGH

Clyde Albaugh, past 80 years old, DuBois, died Wednesday afternoon, January 2, 1963, at the St. Anthony hospital at Sabetha. Mr. Albaugh suffered a heart attack on New Years day at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Glenn Stalder at Sabetha, and then was taken to the hospital.


Besides his widow, Mr. Albaugh is survived by a son, Clyde Albaugh, Omaha, and the daughter, Mrs. Stalder of Sabetha.


Funeral services for Mr. Albaugh were held at two o'clock Saturday afternoon at the United Brethren church at DuBois. Burial was there.

CLYDE WILLIS ALBAUGH

Clyde Willis Albaugh, son of John and Lavinna Albaugh, was born April 22, 1882, at Columbus Junction, Iowa, and passed away at the St. Anthony's hospital at Sabetha, Kans., January 2, 1963, of a heart ailment, at the age of80 years, eight months and 11 days.


He came to Nebraska at the age of two and moved to DuBois with his parents when he was nine, where he spent the remaining years of his life.


He married October 19, 1904, to Carrie Kaserman. Together they spent many years, active in business in DuBois, and after retirement he devoted his time to caring for the garden, flowers and lawn he loved so well, and loved to share its products with neighbors and friends.


He was a devoted husband and father.


He leaves as survivors, his wife, Carrie; two daughters, Fern Keown of San Bernardino, Calif., and Delores Stalder of Sabetha; one son, Claude, of Omaha; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.


Two children, Ollie May and Cleve Willis, preceded him in death, as did his mother, father, four brothers, two sisters, two half brothers and two half sisters.


Funeral services were held at the EUB church Saturday afternoon, Rev. C. P. Grier in charge. Singers were Mrs. Dean Yoble and Mrs. Ralph Farwell, with Mrs. Herbert Marteney at the piano. Caring for the flowers were Mrs. Leo Haight and Mrs. William Wissler. Pallbearers were five grandsons and a nephew: Gary, David and Dennios Stalder, Terru and Rickie Albaugh, and John Lang. Interment was in the DuBois Cemetery.
