High Bridge - Funeral services for Edward E. Alexander, 74, of Washington (N.J.), former long-time resident and plant superintendent at Taylor-Wharton Iron and Steel Company's local plant, who died Friday, (June 3, 1955) in a nursing home at Washington, are today at 2 p.m. in Trimmer's Memorial Funeral Home at Clinton. The Rev. Harold Davis, pastor of Washington Presbyterian Church, of which Mr. Alexander was a member, will officiate. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery adjoining Clinton Presbyterian Church. His obituary was published in The Courier-News (Bridgewater, NJ) on 6 Jun 1955, page 17.
