Cynthia was the daughter of William Jasper & Mary Basham Adams. She was married to Aaron Williams and was the mother of two sons, Dwight Sheldon & Jasper Davis. Cynthia attended Harper Heights Elementary School and graduated from Stratton High School in 1965. She attended Beckley College and the University of Charleston before joining the U. S. Air Force. She was honorably discharged & attached to U. S. Air Force Reserve Status in California. Upon returning to Beckley, she was employed at Pinecrest Hospital. Cynthia was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Harper Heights.
