Born July 25, 1934, in Peoria to Seaman and Mamie Turner Parker, she married Joseph H. Belcher on Aug. 17, 1957, in Peoria County. He died June 21, 1995, in Marquette Heights.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda Belcher of Marquette Heights and Mrs. Lonnie (Vicky) Hiatt of North Pekin; two sons, Gale (and Cathy) of North Pekin and Terry of Marquette Heights; and 10 grandchildren.
She worked at Pekin Hospital for 27 years, last working Friday.
She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Peoria.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. The Rev. Tom Cone will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the chapel. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin.
Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
