Mrs. John Kane Dies; Leaves Ten Children Here
Mrs. John Kane, 53 years old, died Wednesday morning at her home, 602 South Thirty-sixth street, after an illness of seven months. She is survived by her husband and ten children – James S., John E., William, Mary, Agnes, Anne, Bart, Elizabeth, Lawrence and Bernard – all of Omaha. The funeral will be held Saturday morning from the residence to St. Cecilia's cathedral, providing the two eldest sons arrive from Camp Merritt, N. J. In case the sons do not arrive Saturday, the funeral will be held Monday. Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher cemetery.
