Death Claims Lillie Jessup: Rites Today
Lillie May Jessup,65, wife of James Jessup, passed away at the Randolph county hospital Sunday at 7 p.m.
Surviving other than the husband are the following children: Colburn Chilson of Coldwater, Mich., Mrs. Mable Halstrum of South Bend, Norman Jessup of Dayton, Mrs. Virginia Jones of Deerfield and Max Earl Jessup at home; one brother, William Sibert of Winchester;nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Summers Funeral home where services were held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in charge of Rev. Ancil Grubbs. Interment was in Maxville Cemetery.
(Lillie Mae Sibert was a daughter of Cornelius J. and Annie E. "Eliza" (Carr) Sibert. She was first married to Woodruff David Chilson in Wyandot Co.,OH. They had Coburn Odelle Chilson on Sept. 4,1903 and Mable Chilson on Feb. 7,1908. They div. and we found the children living with Woodruff and Susan in 1930 census.)
