EDMOND RIGGS DEAD
Edmond Riggs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles N. Riggs, died this afternoon at 1:45 o'clock at his home, 303 West Sixth Avenue, of typhoid pneumonia. He had been sick for more than a month, and for the past week his condition was critical. He was taken sick first with typhoid fever, and later pneumonia set in. Monday morning he had a severe hemorrhage lasting from 8 o'clock until 11 o'clock, and it was thought then he was dying. He rallied again, but had a number of sinking spells, and died this afternoon in one of them. For the past two days the doctors fought the disease day and night and Edmond responded to their efforts until his strength failed. No funeral arrangements have been made.
