Florence McClure, 89, Branson, died at 10:15 a.m. Monday in Skaggs Community Hospital after a short illness. Mrs. McClure moved to Branson in 1970 from Kansas City, where she was a member of Jackson Avenue Christian Church. Survivors include a son, William Turner, Branson; four daughters, Mrs. Alta Harlin, Branson, Mrs. Nellie Frith, state of California, Mrs. Mildred Oldfield, Loveland, Colo., and Mrs. Frances Hogan, Reseda, Calif.; two sisters Bertha Audsley, Parkville, and Mrs. Hazel Pond, Phoenix, Ariz; a brother, Harry Polen, Tuscon, Ariz; 15 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Services will be later in the week at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale, Calif. Burial will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Palmdale. Whelchel Chapel conducted local arrangements. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
