Death claimed William F Seeger, member of a pioneer Tippecanoe county family, Friday morning a 4:10 o’clock at the home of his sister, Mrs Mae Peterson, 123 South Twenty-eighth street. Although he had been ailing for several years, he had been in a serious condition only a short tie and his death, due to asthma and heart trouble, was a shock t his relatives and friends. Born April 1, 1865, at Monroe, he was the son of George and Mary Anderson Seeger and had been a resident of Lafayette for many years. His father was Sixth ward councilman for several terms. The son belonged to the Clark’s Hill M E Church and the Modern Woodmen. The body was removed to the Milligan funeral home at Clark”s Hill Friday morning and then to the home of another sister, Mrs Kate Loveless, where friends may call. Surviving, besides those already mentioned, are one sister, Mrs Centennial Clark, of Duke, Oklahoma, and one brother, George W Seeger, of Lafayette, eleven nieces and nephews also survive.
