Branch of our family tree
Ned was known to our family as Monk. His father gave him the name Monk as a nickname.
He was survived by wife, six daughters, three sons, three sisters, four brothers, nine grandchildren, and a large number of other relatives and friends.
He was a mason and a member of Pole Bridge Church.
The memorial folder from the funeral services I have shows that Monk funeral was held August 23, 1959 at 1:00 pm.
During Monk's funeral service his friend Frank Wilson gave a tribute about his friend Monk, Oscar Rich gave a tribute as a Masonic Brother and Sam Rich talked about Monk being a faithful member of Pole Bridge Church; which the text is now a part of our family tree.
