Pink "Junior" Holman, 86, of Matthews, died September 30, 2012 at the Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born July 1, 1926, in Lamar, AR, to the late Pink William and Clara Alpha Grace Holman, he was a farmer for Calvin Farms, retiring in 1997, and was a member of the Matthews Church of the Nazarene. On December 23, 1948, in Piggot, AR, he married Ruth Ruff, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Mike Murphy of Sikeston; two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Ruth Holman of Jackson and Tim and Rita Holman of Miner; one brother, Glen Holman of Morehouse; one sister, Pauline Reynolds of St. Charles; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Steven Holman, two brothers and one sister.
Interment in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
