Miss Nelly Drew was the daughter of Joseph P and Freances (Ware) and living in Portland, ME. She met and married Oliver Hutchinson. Her wedding was on September 10, 1878. The couple eventually settled in Mpls, MN and had three children:
Frederick D born at Portland ME in 1879
Jesse Chace born in Hutchinson, MN on March 9, 1882
Elizabeth born in Hutchinson on September 6, 1885
