Carl H. Boesch, 64, of R. 1, Hilbert, died Saturday night at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton following a two-week illness.

Born Feb. 15, 1900, in Stift Overheim, Germany, he was a son of Caspar and Anna Katherine Marie Louise Mettenbrink Boesch, and came to this country in February 1923.

He lived at Grand island, Neb., with an uncle for about two years before moving to the Sheboygan area.

Mr. Boesch was employed at the Kohler Co. from 1925 until 1932 when he moved to the Hilbert area to farm.
On Oct, 5, 1929, he married Ida Diener at Trinity Lutheran Church, Sheboygan.

Survivors are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. William (Mary) Schomburg of Elkhorn; two sons, Car Jr., and Arthur of rural Hilbert; one sister, Miss Louise Boesch of Germany, and one brother, August of Sheboygan.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hilbert. The Rev. Martin A. Schneider, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the Kapitzke Funeral Home, Hilbert, until 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the church from noon until the services.
