Mr. B. H. Bishop, of Bosworth, was in to see us the other day. He told us of his misfortune of being burned out during the holidays. He has our sympathy of the people in his loss.

Mr. B. H. Bishop is preparing to build him a new ferryboat.

B. H. Bishop Dies.

News contained in a letter received this week from R. H. Shivers, of Killeen, Texas, was to the effect that B. H. Bishop, a former citizen of this county, died at his home at the Texas city last Saturday, October 26th.

AND...

Abanda - Mr. J. J. Bishop received a telegram Saturday that his brother, B. H. Bishop, of Killeen, Texas, was dead, and would be buried Sunday at 11 o'clock in that city.

2. John Thomas Bishop (1873-1956), married Ida Carlisle. Buried in Killeen Cemetery, Bell County, Texas.

3. Clarence William Bishop (1875-1946), married Lena Cardwell. Buried in Killeen Cemetery, Bell County, Texas.

4. Melitta Alsada/Alzadie Bishop (1877-1969), married William "Bill" Sims. Buried at Four Mile Cemetery in Calhoun County, Alabama. Bill Sims is buried in Killeen, Texas City Cemetery.

5. Laura Alma Bishop (1878-1932), married 1st Alonza Jackson "Lon" Fant; 2nd John H. Cosby. Buried at Mt. Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, Chambers County, Alabama.

6. George Henry Bishop (1879-1925), married Eula L. Knowles. Buried Pleasant Grove Congregational Christian Church Cemetery, Chambers County, Alabama.

7. Minnie Lee Bishop (1881-1972), married George O. Pool. They lived at 6306 Orchard Avenue, Bell, California. Died in Bell, Los Angeles County, California. Buried in Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, Los Angeles County, California.

8. Barnie Vinson Bishop (1883-1884) died in infancy. Possibly buried in unmarked grave at Darien Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Tallapoosa County, Alabama.

9. Albert Clinton Bishop (1885-1944), married Grace Polk. Buried in Wingate Cemetery, Wingate, Runnels County, Texas. Grace is buried at Resthaven Cemetery on Hwy. 50, between LaFayette and Lanett, Chambers County, Alabama.

10. Walter Green Bishop (1887-1975), married Annie Ginberry. He was a Primitive Baptist minister. Buried in Llano Cemetery, Amarillo, Randall County, Texas.

11. Carrie Elizabeth Bishop (1889-1981), married Charlie Polk. Buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Stanton, Martin County, Texas.

12. Euell Jett Bishop (1891-1963), married 1st Hattie Lou Ella Young and 2nd Mary Pearl Hodges. Buried in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Ballinger, Runnels County, Texas. Hattie Bishop is buried in Killeen, Texas.

13. Royal Bishop (1893-1961), married Thelma Fitzgerald. Buried in Fairview Cemetery, Winters, Runnels County, Texas.

14. Eddie Bishop (1898-1919), never married. Buried in Killeen, Bell County, Texas.
