Ann Wood was born in 1794 in Virginia. She married Youel B/G Pullen 22 Mar 1820 in Owen County, Kentucky. On the 1820 census they lived in Scott County, Kentucky. By 1830 they were living in Woodford County, Kentucky. By 21 Oct 1834, her husband was acquiring land in Indiana. In 1837, there was a record of them living in Crawfordsville, when her husband and brother-in-law, Fountain M. Pullen, sold one acre to the county to build a school. From then on, they were living in Bloomington, Indiana through at least 1860. On 29 Dec 1862, Ann was given land by her son Sidney and his wife. She must have been a widow by this time. She is listed as dying 20 Jan 1863, and as being buried on 22 Jan 1863.
