Linnia M. Packard, 92, of Gillett, RD2, died May 23, 1987 at the Troy Community Hospital. She was born February 1, 1895 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of David and Amelia Boehm Bauman. She was a member of the Judson Hill Methodist Church. She is survived by sons, Robert Packard and Stanley Packard, both of Gillett, RD2; daughters, Mrs. James (Louise) Woodward of Sayre, Mrs. Ray (Loretta) Trzepkowski of Gillett RD2; sisters, Ernestine Spencer of Horseheads, NY and Lillian Mercurio of Rochester, NY; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Theodore C. Packard; daughters, Dorothy Hudson and Mary Wench and son, Theodore Packard. Funeral services were held May 27 (10 AM) at the Vickery Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. James Crupi officiating and burial to be in Judson Hill Cemetery (Troy Gazette Register, Troy, Pennsylvania, May 28,1987).
