William Biddenstadt of Johnson Stree Road died at 3 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph Hospital.
Born July 8, 1888 in Lee County he was the son of Julius and LIzzie Biddenstadt.
He was a retired truck farmer and a veterna of World War one.
On March 20, 1919 in Keokuk he mrried Violet Belle Inman.
He was a member of the St. Paul Evangelical and Reformed Church.
Surviving are his wife, six sons, Julius and Ralph of Keokuk, Bird of Council Bluffs, Richard, William and Vernon Lee of Keokuk, two daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Frances) Spiez of Farmington and Mrs. Darius (Elizabeth) Derr Jr., of Farmington; two sisters, Mrs. J. P. Cassell and Mrs. Edard Klepfer of Keokuk and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Henry.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Schmidt Memorial Home with the Rev. Hoyt L. Whitebread officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
