Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Sally Ann Peay returned home to her Heavenly Father on Aug. 23, 2012 after a long illness.

She was born June 9, 1941 in Payson, Utah to Walter and Cecil Swain Senn.

She married Jim Pfouts and they were later divorced. She married Dean Peay in Santaquin, Utah. He preceded her in death.

She spent many years caring for others as a nurse in area hospitals.

Survivors include: her children, Tracy, Kyle, Kelly (Judy) Pfouts; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Harris, Jeri (Roger) Huff and Mary (Lynn) Lewis. She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Lemuel Senn.

Graveside services will be Monday, August 27, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at the Payson City Cemetery, 805 East 400 North. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Monday, 12-30-1:30 p.m.

We would like to thank her caregivers at Mountain Air, and Alpine Hospice for the wonderful care and support they provided.
