Mrs. Mae Ferrell Britt - Statesboro - Mrs. Mae Ferrell Britt died Saturday night after living among us for 94 years.

Mae was preceded in death by her husband Wallace, her daughter, Betty Ann and her sons, Bob and Leonard.

The Chatham County native lived many years in Thunderbolt, most recently lived in Effingham County for several years until moving to Statesboro in November of 2006. She worked as a Quality Control Technician in the seafood industry for several years and retired from Segall and Sons in Savannah. Mae was a former member of the Thunderbolt Baptist Church and a current member of the Corinth Baptist Church in Effingham County.

Surviving are her daughters, Suzanne and Jean and her sons, Billy and Jimmy. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2:00pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Savannah with Rev. Hollie Tapley officiating assisted by Rev. Jeff Self. Friends may sign the online register book at www.joineranderson.com . Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home, Statesboro
