My maternal great-great-grandmother, Mary Ann Haggard, was a daughter of Benjamin Haggard (possibly born in Bethelridge, Casey, KY) and Rebecca Doss Haggard (possibly born in Lincoln Co., KY) who married in Lincoln Co., KY on April 24, 1855. They moved to MO where their 4 children were born: Eliza (b. 1856), Mary Ann (b. 1858), William Henry (b. 1850), and Martha (b. 1860).
Mary Ann married James Harrison McClary on December 31, 1874 in Liberty Township, Washington Co., MO. and had 3 known daughters, Julia Ann (my great-grandmother) (b. May 1877 or 1878), Emma (b. 1879) and Alice (b. Feb. 1882).
Mary Ann passed away sometime between 1882 and 1892, but the location of her burial is unknown at this time.
