He was born February 15, 1935 in Benwood, WV, a son of the late Joseph and Mary Anne Bozicevich Mucheck.
Rudy graduated from Wheeling Central Catholic High School, was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Canonsburg, a former employee of A.J. Weller, a Navy Reserve veteran and an avid bowler.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and George Mucheck.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Margaret Carroll Mucheck, four daughters, Kimberlee Dobbs (Alan) of Sacramento, CA; Judith Mucheck of Chicago, IL; Adriane Rooks of Rapid City, SD; Kristen Rooks of Rapid City, SD; five grandchildren, Jessica Richens, Wanbli and Emily Rooks, DJ and Hunter Rooks; one sister Sandy Frasnelli (Lou) of Wheeling.
Friends were received Sunday, August 31st, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, September 1, 2008, in St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, Wheeling, with Rev. James McGoldrick officiating. Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
