MRS. ROYAL P. HAMBLIN
Mrs. Royal P. Hamblin, 64, 1506 High, died in a private nursing home, 3 Clark Pl, Jan 29, 1949, after an illness of five years.
Florence L. Kapfer Hamblin was born in Turin, Mar 3, 1887, a daughter of the late Edward and Cora Phelps Kapfer. She was educated in the schools of Lyons Falls. Her marriage to Mr. Hamblin of Port Leyden took place in Manhasset, L. I., in 1906. They came to Utica to live the same year. Mrs. Hamblin was member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. John McDaniels, San Pedro, Calif., Mrs. Francis Driscoll, Coronado, Calif., and Mrs. Ruth Collins, Rome. Also a brother, DeWitt Kapfer, Carthage, and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be from the Doyle Funeral Home, 13 Hopper, .... Interment will be in Crown Memorial Gardens
