Allen Lanier Guest, 64, of 64 Old Graniteville Road, Graniteville, S.C., died Sunday, Dec. 13, 1998.
A native of Elbert County, Mr. Guest was a son of the late Okadell and Audrey Shiflet Guest. He was a retired owner of Guest Granite Co. and was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today in Hillcrest Cemetery, Bowman, with the Rev. Waymon Dotson officiating.
Survivors include a daughter, Katrina Lanette Collins, Barberton, Ohio; two sons, Ryan Guest, Williston, S.C. and Gary Guest, Columbia, S.C.; two sisters, Becky Blackmon, Dearing, and Angela Readdy, Augusta; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. today at Hicks Funeral Home, Elberton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
