Mr. Johnson attended schools in Eau Claire. He entered the Army and served as a captain in the Corps of Engineers in the South Pacific.
He was married to Helen Redlack.
Surviving are his wife; four brothers, Arthur O., Phillips, Carl O., San Bernardino, California, Russell K. Johnson, Eau Claire, Young Olson, Winter Park, Florida; three sisters, Mrs. George Trindal, Mrs. Lyle Hasse, Rose Sherman, all of Eau Claire; and several nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be Thursday in Los Angeles.
