FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS.HOSFELT SET FOR SATURDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. John P Hosfelt, 79, local resident who died Thursday morning at the Bonnie Mere Nursing Home will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home. Rev. John Shanley, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate and burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery.
Frances M Lawrence was born Sept 1, 1872 at Linton Mills, a daughter of Robert S and Ellen Welker Lawrence. Jan 20, 1891, she was married to John P Hosfelt who died Aug 20, 1945. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Robert E of McKeesport, Pa., Ragan S. of Roscoe and Martin W. Hosfelt of Coshocton; two daughters, Mrs. Frank Bible of Coshocton, and Mrs. Earl Bietzel, New Philadelphia; two granddaughters, whom she raised, Mrs. Harold Cooper and Mrs. Miller Allen, both of Coshocton; one brother, Milton Lawrence, Newcomerstown Rt.3; 15 other grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. One son is deceased.
