Mrs. Winifred Maroney, 87, a native of Bangall and a lifetime resident of Dutchess County, died October 14, at her home in Millbrook, following a brief illness. Mrs. Maroney was the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Byrne Lee. Her husband, the late James D. Maroney, died a number of years ago. Surviving Mrs Maroney are five daughters. Mrs. Mary Clear, Millbrook; Mrs. Katharine Reidy, Washington, DC; Mrs. Margaret DeFiette, Saranac; Mrs Alice Cunningham, Pawling; and Mrs Helen Cahill, Beacon; four sons, John, New Canaan, Conn.; Frank, Joseph and Thomas Maroney, Millbrook; 20 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren
