Writer, journalist, lawyer and diplomat. In 1960 in Mexico, where he traveled as a diplomat, published his first book "A un costado de los rieles". Then, back in Argentina wrote "Fuego en Casabindo", "Sota de bastos, caballo de espadas" and "Memorial de la Puna", among others . His work, always focused on the stories and myths of his province, Jujuy, was translated into French, English, Russian, Polish and German. He was decorated as Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French Republic.
