•I give and bequeath to my beloved son-in-law John Thomason five shillings to him and his heirs forever.
•2nd I give and bequeath to my beloved son-in-law George Thomason five shillings to him and his heirs forever.
•3rd I give and bequeath to my beloved son Phillip Howell five shillings to him and his heirs forever.
•4th I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Rebekah Howell one grey colt formerly belong to Daniel Barham to her and her heirs forever.
•5th I give and bequeath to my beloved son John Howell one sorrel filly folde (sic) in Howel in the spring 1803 to him and his heirs forever.
•6th I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Polly Anna thirty-five dollars money of the United States or a colt to the valuation of that money in the colt not to be seven months old to her and her heirs forever.
•7th My just debts to be paid and funeral charges and the remaining part of my estate I leave to my beloved wife during her natural life and after her death to be equally divided between Rebekah, John and Polly Howell.
•8th I do constitute and appoint my beloved wife executor and my son-in-law John Thomason executor of this my last will and testament.
