Hannah was the daughter of Enoch and Susannah (Allen) Edmonston.
She was first married to Henry John Stephens (1831-1862). To this union were born:

Alexandria B. (1853-1854)
Sarah F. (1856-1860)
Henry Schuyler (1857-1926)
John Grayson (1860-1906)
Mary E. Stephens (1862-1865)

Her second husband was Isaac Carson (b ca 1815 PA) whose first wife was Mary. Hannah and Issac married 20 Aug 1872 in Carroll Co., MO. They were parents to Enoch (b 1875) and Adam (b 1879).

The remains of an aged lady by the name of Carson , a former resident of this community, were brought here from Bosworth and interred in the Hale cemetery Wednesday.
