He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jennifer and Adam Piaquadio of Fort Smith; grandmother and stepgrandfather, Ada and Bill Howell of Pocola; a sister, Torie Cantrell of Hartford; and a brother, Beau Patton of Fort Smith.
