Together William & Mary had 4 children: Charles Raymond Lewis; Eugene Henry Lewis, James Frederick Lewis & Mary Frances Lewis Smith. William & Mary divorced on December 14, 1923. On December 5, 1929, Mary married William Walter McClendon. They stayed married until William's death in 1932.
