Married Sarah "Sally" Swilling in Chattooga County, Georgia circa 1850.

Enlisted 3-4-1862, Company H, "Chattooga Rangers", 39th Georgia Infantry, CSA.
Battles: Champion Hill, Vicksburg

P.S. It is family tradition that Henry is buried here; there is no proof and there are very few headstones in the cemetery. Another family story says Henry returned to Georgia & died there & was buried there by family. But again, there is no documentation for either theory.
