Samuel Estes Blount, 47, of Athens died Friday, 06 APR 2001, at the Athens Regional Hospital.
The funeral was to have been held today at the Bachlott Church of God in the Bachlott Community with the Revs. Lee McNeil and Joseph L. Allen officiating. Burial was to have followed in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
Surviving locally is one brother, Carlos Blount, and one sister, Diana Mae Blount Johns, both of Nahunta.
Chambless Funeral Home in Nahunta is in charge of arrangements.
