PENN TOWNSHIP NATIVE DIES
S. E. Hann, 87, a native of Penn township, died Friday evening at a Youngstown hospital where he had been ill for four months.

Mr. Hann who was born in Penn township, moved to Waterford in 1915 where he owned and operated a farm. Five years ago, Mr. Hann and his wife, who died four years ago, moved to the home f a daughter, the late Mrs. Leo Bartlett of Zanesville. Upon the death of Mrs. Bartlett, he moved to Youngstown where he resided with a son, Dallas, until he was removed to the hospital.

He was a member of the Waterford Methodist church.

Surviving are five children, Mrs. Ethel Sampson of Waterford, Mrs. Olive Farson of Dexter City, Frank Hann of Charleston, W. Va., Kenneth Hann of Poland, O., the son whom he made his home, 17 grandchildren, four of whom are in the service, and four great-grandchildren. Two daughters, Mrs. Bartlett and Mrs. Rose Bailey of Pennsville, are deceased.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Pennsville Methodist church with Rev. Ringenbarger officiating. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
