She is survived by her son Bill and his family, wife Cindy, grandchildren Kristina and Patrick, and their mother Theresa Wurtz and by her son Brian and his family, wife Kim, and grandchildren Michael and Cassie.

Margaret was born in Iowa and moved to California at a young age. Her parents founded Crippen's Mortuary in 1928 which has served the community for 83 years. As owner of Crippen's, she was integral part of the Foothills community. Her wishes were that Crippen Mortuary continues serving the community under the direction of Robert L. Hansen.

Margaret was well known for her generosity with community and friends. She was active in her sons' activities and supported many local programs and sports teams over the decades. Margaret was a wonderful hostess and enjoyed making occasions "special" for her family and loved ones.
