Marjorie was born in Imperial, Finney, Kansas to Edward Wesley and Zorah Elizabeth Wyer Urton, she was the 7th and last child and third daughter in the family. She first married Jay Britton on 18 Aug 1941 and had a son Gary. Then she married Leonard Monroe Morris and they adopted Randolph. Her funeral services were held at Chapel of the Valley in Palmdale, Los Angeles, California on 8 Jul 1976. She was survived by her husband.
