SHARON - Mrs. Cecile B. McClintock, 77, of 507 Baldwin Ave., died at 1:05 a.m. today in Sharon General Hospital following a two month illness.

Mrs. McClintock was born Jan. 3, 1901, in Kane, a daughter of Red and Elnora Jackson Flinn, and came here in 1974 from Meadville. She was a member of Wesleyan United Methodist Church of Meadville and attended the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Sharon. She had been employed at the Allegheny Mutual Insurance Co. in Meadville for 28 years, retiring in 1971. Her husband, William L., whom she married Dec. 26, 1923, died in March, 1943.

She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Jean Markell and Mrs. Freda Wykoff, and a sister, Mrs. Freda Heath, all of Sharon, and five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A son, Edward C. and two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Sample & O'Donnell Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Monday.
