Frances Mary Frazelle was born the second child of 5 to Josephus Dotson Frazelle and Evaline Coques Woodcock in Mount Hope, Washington. When she was a teenager her family moved to Spokane where she graduated from High School. She married Wade Sanders from Anderson, South Carolina and they moved there for a few years. They had one son, Howard Leslie Wade Sanders, who died in an airplane crash in the Gulf of Mexico out of New Orleans at the age of 23. Wade divorced Frances and she moved back to Washington and joined her siblings in Seattle. There she met Bob Boyles from Texas and they were married and moved to Dallas, Texas. After Bob passed away, she moved back to Seattle and lived with her sister Bertha Josie "Peggy". She passed away in Bainbridge Island in 1979. Her husband, Bob, always called her Sugar. She shortened her name to Sug and we called her that until her death.
