LONE TREE --- Mrs. ElizabethToland, 65, widow of James R. Toland, died at University hospital in Iowa City Tuesday. She lived with her son, Lloyd Toland, at Lone Tree.


Mrs. Toland was born in Johnson county January 7, 1882, the daughter of John and Emma Kaiser Voge. She was married at Pueblo, Colo., December 12, 1905, to James R. Toland, who preceded her in death March 28, 1945.


She was a member of the Evangelical and Reformed church and of Rebekah lodge (Hukill lodge No. 594). Surviving her are two sons, Lloyd and Gayle, both of Lone Tree; a daughter, Mrs. Dan Aalberg, Maywood, Calif.; two brothers, George Voge, Muscatine, and Otto Voge of California; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Burr, Lone Tree, and a grandchild.


Funeral services will he held at the Evangelical and Reformed church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, with the Rev. Donald F. Koelling of Muscatine officiating. Burial will be at Lone Tree cemetery.


The body will be at the Marner and Adams chapel until 10 o'clock tomorrow morning, after which it will be at the home
