On the evening of September 8, 1986 the keeper of the records dispatched an angel from heaven with a mission to go to Littlerock,California.On this day to make ready the preparations for the first journey of his servant Jessie Lee Carroll.Jessie Blanton was born in Texas on October 31.1902 She was born to Frank and Mary Branch Blanton.She was reared in Terrell,Texas where she attended school and graduated in 1920.Mrs Carroll came to California in 1943,She worked for the U.S.Navy Base in San Diego,Later came to Los Angeles where she organized working girls club,Inc.She met and married Fred Bruce Carroll August 24.1953.She then applied for licence to keep elderly and disabled people.This home has grown from 4 ladies to 29 people Which was called Carroll Manor. Mrs Carroll came to Antelope Valley Decenmber 5,1954 She joined the First community Church January 1955.She served as tresurer and trustee for 25 yrs.All the work Mrs Carroll did she enjoyed... She leave to mourn her passing her husband Fred Carroll,Three cousins,Mrs Jessie Lee Anderson,Mrs Annie Frank Johnson and Mrs Arvella Hall She also leaves a host of relatives and friends.We will miss you Love your Family
