Funeral services foe Mrs. Mollie Ayers who died Saturday at her home near Sonoraville, were held Sunday, conducted by Rev. J. A. McArthur. Interment in the Cooper Cemetery. Mrs Ayers was 79 years of age, and was the wife of the late James Ayers of Gordon County. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. C.M. Erwin, Mrs. Dora Smith, Mrs. Anna Blalock, and four sons, Cicero, John, Pat, and Harley Ayers.
