A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 19 at Morris Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Walkertown by the Rev. Eric Disher.
The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
Mrs. Link was born June 10, 1921 in Forsyth County to William Addison Angel and Alma Martha Macey Angel. She retired from AT&T and was a member of Second Presbyterian Church in Lexington. Her husband, Jack Charles Link, preceded her in death as well as her brother, Jack Hobert Angel and her sister, Mary Martita Mason.
She is survived by her son, James Edwin Idol and wife Karen of Newport; her grandsons, Scott Idol and wife, Pam, and Craig Idol and wife, Gina, both of Lexington; and her great grandchildren, Alisha Callicutt, Anna Scoggin and husband, Kevin, Karmen Idol, and Kendall Idol.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
