Funeral services for Charles Hummel, 67, native of Chesterhill, Morgan county, will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday morning in Columbus where he died Thursday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Cora Gregg. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery, this city, early in the afternoon.
Mr. Hummel was well known in Zanesville, where he frequently visited. He was a brother of the late Mrs. T. Glen Denny, this city. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Gregg, at whose home he died, and Mrs. Laura Ellis, Kansas; one brother, Frank, of Illinois; a son, John of Columbus, and several nephews and nieces.
