Born in Licking county, Dec. 14, 1914, he was a son of Mrs. Rena Wilson Thoma of Newark and the late Lafayette Wilson. He was married June 30, 1939 to Olive Matheny who survives.
Surviving besided his wife and mother are a son, Samuel Woodrow Wilson of Warsaw; three daughters, Leona, Nancy and Dolores Jean of the home; a stepson, Dwight Fesler of Coshocton; two brothers, Ray and Carl Wilson of Newark, and two sisters, Miss Betty Wilson and Mrs. Mabel Hillary of Newark. One brother is deceased.
Services in the Fischer funeral home at Warsaw will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. Rev. William Wenland will officiate. Burial will be in Valley View cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and until time of the funeral Wednesday.
