Mrs. Manassee was a native of New York City, the widow of Michael Manassee, and a member of Temple Israel in Norfolk.
Survivors include her daughters, Lorraine M. Fleder and Ellen Manassee, both of Norfolk; and three grandchildren, Anne and Andrew Verner and Gary Fleder.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Michael Panitz, Cantor Elihu Flax, Cantor Isaac Danker and Cantor Jacob Tessler.
In lieu of flowers and food, the family requests memorial donations to a charity of donor's choice. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
