Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Georgetown Church of the Nazerene in Georgetown, Texas, with Greg Mills officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Georgetown.
Surviving are his wife, Judy Owen; son, Ray Owen of Georgetown; daughter, Pam Metcalfe of Liberty Hill, Texas; mother, Opal Owen of Arlington; sisters, Joy Ferguson of Sherman and Elta Hogue of Aledo; and three grandchildren.
