Capt. Solomon Mack Jr. born 28 Jan 1773, died 12 Oct 1851, both in Gilsum NH. He was a sergeant in the NH militia during the War of 1812; the son of Solomon and Lydia (Gates) Mack, he married first Esther Hayward 29 Aug 1797, then Mrs. Huldah (Hayward) Whipple and Mrs. Betsey (Way) Alexander
