Civilian Storm Victim - Ruth's body was located and buried 3 1/2 miles east of Flamingo, FL by the Coast Guard crew from Biloxi, Mississippi.
Parents: Clarence Knowles and Rosalie Russell Knowles. Ruth's husband, A. J. Booth, also died with her in this storm, along with their infant son. They would have been married for one year on the day after their deaths.
