She passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at a Visalia, CA., assisted living home.

June came to California at the age of 2, and lived in the Oakdale, California area for 65 years.

She met Lowell in High School and after a few years they married in 1940. They built a strong and loving relationship always remembering to call each other "sweetheart" for 47 years.

After her husband passed away in 1987 she sold the ranch and moved to Visalia in 1989, where she lived until her death.

June was loving, kind and caring wife, mother and grandmother to her family who were the most important people to her during her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Allen Crosby, her parents and two sisters, Florence Amidio and Myrtle Fosdick and her brother Otto Andreatta.

June is survived by her daughters Nancy Homes and her husband Ed of Visalia and Judy Crosby of Modesto.

She is also survived by her grandson Eric Crosby Holmes of Santa Barbara.

She also leaves behind many Nieces, Nephews and a lot of good friends.

A heartfelt thanks to the many caregivers and staff at Park Visalia, as well as hospice that made June's last few months easier to endure.

Interment will be at a later date in Oakdale. Arrangements by Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel.
