Marjorie F. Anderson, 87, formerly of North 12th Avenue East and King Manor, passed away Thursday Oct. 26, in Viewcrest Health Care Center. She was born to Victor and Ellen (Johnson) Eden on March 16, 1919 in Duluth. She was a graduate of Duluth Central High School and Minnesota Civil Service School of Business. Marjorie spent the majority of her career as a legal secretary working for the Fryberger Buchanan Smith & Frederick law firm until her retirement in 1976. She was a former longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church. Her compassion, sense of humor and love for her family will be sadly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ted in 1992; and daughter, Nancy in 1996. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Martin of Duluth; grandaughter, Lynda (Matt) Glasgow of Ferndale, Mich. Special thanks and appreciation to the Viewcrest staff for the exceptional care and friendship given to my mother during her time at Viewcrest. SERVICES:will not be held in honor of her request. Internment Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sunrise Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cremation Services Hermantown, MN.
